Aluminum scandium alloy is a kind of high performance aluminum alloy, the addition of scandium in aluminum alloy, can promote grain refinement, improve the recrystallization temperature of 250℃ ~ 280℃, and is a strong grain refiner and strong recrystallization inhibitor, Aluminum scandium alloy has obvious influence on the alloy structure and performance, its strength, hardness, weldability and corrosion resistance greatly improved. Scandium has a good dispersion strengthening effect on aluminum. It is a stable non-recrystallization structure during hot working or annealing state. Some alloys are cold rolled plates, which have large deformation and retain this structure even after annealing.

Packing and Storage


Standard Packing: Packed in Sealed Bags with labeled. Items will be packed properly to avoid damage during transit.

Storage: Store in dry environment, sealed package. Handle with care, prevent pressure and collision.


Note:


Before using, observe whether the surface is clean. Wear clean gloves to operate. Avoid direct contact with materials by hand and avoid contamination by oil and other things.

Indium bonding: Max. operating temperature 150°C. Elastomer bonding: Max. operating temperature 250°C.
